This is the second "Cheeky Seat" cover for my scooter. I find the cover to be a good value but urge caution to folks who must leave their scooter parked outside.
The first cover lasted less than a year due to being constantly parked outside in all weather conditions. The biggest contributor to the cover's demise was being left in the hot Texas sun. The only time the scooter was in the shade was at night and it was pounded relentlessly by old Sol.
Again, I think the cover is a good overall value.

Hi Bill, Thank you for coming back for another cover. You bring up an excellent point. There are very few materials on Earth that can sit out in the blazing sun all day, day after day and not be effected by relentless heat and UV exposure. The cover you chose, matte cinnamon - is a luxurious option, but there are other options I make specifically for this type of extreme exposure - that actually cost less - such as our classic satin black or white - designed for 24/7 sun scenarios. The other option would be to pair it with one of our (or any) rain covers - that would act as a first line of defense to absorb the sun's rays and protect the investment of the cinnamon cover. A towel draped over the seat would do the same. Also - the cover could be easily taken off and stored, and be put on when it's time to ride - like a garment.
I hope that you will consider utilizing one of these tactics given your circumstances to prolong the seat cover's life while it's sitting out there baking in the Texas sun - and if you do - that cinnamon cover will last for many many years. Please feel free to reach out to me directly. Thank you again and Ride safe ~ Suzy
