I ordered the PCX padded seat cover to fix the previous owner's homemade effort. The cover fit perfectly and looks better than factory. And, the hump is gone as if it was never there.
As to service, my order was shipped even before the expected ship date and arrived in perfect condition.

I have ordered seat covers before, but this one from Cherky Seats is by far one of the highest quality covers I’ve seen. Stitching is straight, color vivid, but most of all the fit and ease of installation is fantastic! Looks really good on the seat! Finally, a company that does what they advertise!!!! 👍

2. Easy to install. I have tightened it twice as it breaks in. One more will be required.
3. Comfort is improved.
4. I purchased the scooter used in fall 2023. It had less than 500 miles so it was not broken in. It is generally used for commuting and errands. Owner sites indicated that the extra firm seat would break in with time. This is true but I wanted a little more cushion, which the seat cover provides. What I did not expect was the change in the rider triangle. I am 5'11" which on the large side for this scooter. I previously would push against the "hump" when I rode but felt the scooter was comfortable. Removing the hump allowed some more space. This opened the rider triangle and has improved comfort and control of the scooter dramatically. I understand that this issue is limited to this particular scooter but I highly recommend the seat cover for average to large riders.
